Feed Integrations Associate

Maintain and optimize eligibility and claims data feeds that power Garner’s healthcare platform. Own implementations and ongoing improvements for new and renewing clients, performing deep data analysis and error reporting to troubleshoot discrepancies. Coordinate with external partners (carriers, TPAs, benefits administrators, and feed providers) to gather requirements, map and transform files, test integrations, and resolve issues. Improve internal tooling, documentation, and processes for automation and efficiency.
