Job Summary

Build and manage customer relationships as a Retail Personal Banker I using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments, and cross-sell while supporting outside sales activities. Work with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) to refer customers for holistic solutions, meet production and customer experience goals, and help CSRs with sales and referral processes while processing teller transactions.

•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Establish relationships with assigned business partners and refer customers as appropriate to provide timely, holistic financial solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
