Senior, Mandarin-fluent Systems Engineer for AMD’s Data Center GPU customers in China. Lead hardware-software integration efforts, collaborate with Instinct platform teams, shape reference designs, and guide customers from concept through deployment to deliver high-value AI server solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand the system level features and functionality needs of China-based, Instinct product customers.
•Engage with customers on requirements during concept and pre-sales timeframes, shaping the overall technical direction of AMD AI solutions.
•Translate business usage models into a set of system hardware features and requirements.
•Provide architectural guidance and support to internal systems design teams as we help them develop reference designs.
•Lead customers through the end-to-end system development and deployment process.

Key Requirements

•Mandarin fluency and ability to engage regularly with China-based customers
•Strong technical expertise in server platform hardware and the integration of hardware and software for AI GPU solutions
•Experience collaborating with platform architects, lead system designers, and firmware teams to shape AI products
•Ability to translate business usage models into system hardware features and requirements
•Proven track record of working with customers from concept through deployment and issue resolution
