Job Summary

Lead governance and maturity for an assigned CS process domain, driving activation and sustainability of the regional BPM/BPO network. Serve as the regional contact point for network communication, orchestrate cross-team collaboration, and ensure deliverables progress through the domain maturity model. Facilitate governance reviews and network forums, run yearly maturity assessments, activate feedback loops, support process adherence, and coordinate with central BPM teams to build business process ownership fundamentals.

•Govern and sustain the assigned domain BPO network.
•Drive domain process ownership maturity and governance effectiveness.
•Enable stakeholder collaboration across Co-Owners, BPOs, SMEs, and operational teams.
•Facilitate domain maturity assessments, governance reviews, and network forums.
•Monitor governance health, report progress regularly, and activate a local feedback loop with timely action closure.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or related areas.
•Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational environment.
•Knowledge of process governance, process ownership, continuous improvement, and business transformation practices.
•Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
