Key Responsibilities

  • •Govern and sustain the assigned domain BPO network.
  • •Drive domain process ownership maturity and governance effectiveness.
  • •Enable stakeholder collaboration across Co-Owners, BPOs, SMEs, and operational teams.
  • •Facilitate domain maturity assessments, governance reviews, and network forums.
  • •Monitor governance health, report progress regularly, and activate a local feedback loop with timely action closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or related areas.
  • •Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational environment.
  • •Knowledge of process governance, process ownership, continuous improvement, and business transformation practices.
  • •Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
