Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a spot welding machine to manufacture trim assemblies safely and in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards.
  • •Ensure products and parts meet Eaton’s quality guidelines and perform quality checks as instructed.
  • •Follow established procedures and complete assigned functions based on oral/written instructions.
  • •Use computers to look up and print job-specific details, then compare information to physical products.
  • •Perform routine preventative maintenance and comply with safety requirements, including PPE use and maintaining safety and industrial hygiene objectives.

  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •No relocation benefit is being offered, and only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Sumter, SC will be considered.
  • •Ability to operate a spot welding machine safely to manufacture trim assemblies while adhering to quality standards.
  • •Experience reading blueprint, manufacturing diagrams or drawings, or operating instructions.
  • •Experience with measuring devices (e.g., tape measure and calipers).
