Key Responsibilities

•Act as an entry-level professional with theoretical knowledge of RF or EO/IR signal processing to support development, execution, and completion of difficult and potentially complex program objectives.
•Troubleshoot and Analyze: Participate in engineering lab environments to test, verify, and validate RF or EO/IR models and signal processing algorithm performance in accordance with requirements.
•Drive Performance: Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
•Integrate Systems: Integrate algorithms into tactical system hardware and software, evaluating their functionality and impact.
•Decision analysis & Resolution: Conduct trade studies and present results to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,900 - 131,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
•This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
•Experience developing scripts and functions with MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets
•Experience with the C or C++ programming languages
•Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
