Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, gather and process account information, recommend deposit and loan products, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Provide a consistent client experience, proactively educate customers on digital and self-service tools, and partner with branch teams to ensure operational excellence and accuracy.
