Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the on-site representative, leading engagement with customers and key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
  • •Provide operational leadership for customer support activities, localization initiatives, and program execution to achieve business objectives.
  • •Partner with technical subject matter experts to translate strategic priorities into operational plans, establish governance, and monitor execution against program milestones.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, mitigate risks, and drive timely execution of customer commitments.
  • •Oversee operational readiness, capability development, and knowledge transfer; monitor performance and provide regular updates on risks, opportunities, and overall execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in aerospace, defense, operations, program management, aftermarket support, supply chain, or a related industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing operations and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational execution in a dynamic environment.
  • •Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
