Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate day-to-day media intake, asset sourcing, quality control, delivery, and archival workflows for creative marketing projects.
•Manage project assets across the creative lifecycle, ensuring materials are received, organized, accessible, and delivered to standards.
•Maintain media organization across Ci Media Cloud, Runner, shared servers, and DAM systems; perform technical QC on incoming/outgoing assets and deliverables.
•Liaise with editors, post-production vendors, and IT for editorial workstations, software, plug-ins, shared storage, and post-production infrastructure.
•Document and improve workflows, support troubleshooting (codecs/transcoding/storage), and maintain project tracking via Wrike/Airtable/Jira.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years supporting post-production, media operations, assistant editing, asset management, or production coordination in an entertainment/studio environment.
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university (Film, Television, Media Production, Communications, or related preferred).
•Ability to manage large volumes of digital media while maintaining organization and file integrity.
•Experience supporting episodic television, feature film, trailers, promotional content, or creative marketing workflows.
•Strong understanding of media asset management, codecs/file formats, transcoding, delivery specifications, and archive processes.
