Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the SBG COE team as the SME to drive standard processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for supply/inventory planning
  • •Ensure full utilization of the Kinaxis RapidResponse planning tool within the business
  • •Support and drive a continuous improvement culture for supply/inventory planning teams
  • •Develop team capability through training, coaching, and mentoring for internal progression and succession
  • •Attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve supply plans and present risks and mitigating plans to business leadership

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, or related field
  • •Advanced English
  • •3+ years of experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning or operations planning/scheduling/materials management (or related planning areas)
  • •Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g., RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro)
  • •Proficient in Microsoft applications
