Key Responsibilities

•Own Daily Management Systems for the business unit, including creation, deployment, and sustainment of standards.
•Improve reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment using technical knowledge.
•Develop employee capability related to systems, standards, and technical understanding.
•Analyze KPIs to identify, prioritize, and track improvement initiatives; lead structured problem solving with defined methodologies.
•Manage small projects and lead capital project initiatives to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
