Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Daily Management Systems for the business unit, including creation, deployment, and sustainment of standards.
  • •Improve reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment using technical knowledge.
  • •Develop employee capability related to systems, standards, and technical understanding.
  • •Analyze KPIs to identify, prioritize, and track improvement initiatives; lead structured problem solving with defined methodologies.
  • •Manage small projects and lead capital project initiatives to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
