  • •Design, build, and maintain full-stack features end-to-end, including UI, backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • •Partner with product and design as a thought partner, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical trade-offs.
  • •Own work end-to-end and deliver on time, partnering across team boundaries to unblock delivery.
  • •Apply engineering best practices including thorough code review, automated testing, CI/CD, progressive delivery with feature flags/A-B experimentation, observability, and technical documentation.
  • •Set technical direction and quality bar for architecture, code quality, and delivery practices; proactively resolve critical technical issues and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript.
