Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble and/or test electro-mechanical components using manufacturing documentation, work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions.
  • •Perform assembly operations such as crimping, staking, bolting, riveting, soldering, cementing, and press-fit procedures to secure parts in place.
  • •Mount electrical components and integrate circuits, and make electrical connections using soldering or related bonding procedures.
  • •Use equipment such as multimeters and dielectric machines to perform in-process testing of parts during assembly.
  • •Assist in resolving production failures or product issues and identify continuous improvements for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Requirements
