Sr Inside Sales Consultant

Own renewals and drive print-to-digital conversion for an established customer base by consulting with schools on their learning goals and challenges. Conduct discovery and health check-ins, run product demos using CIMA and ExamReady, and grow accounts through quarterly assessments and closes to exceed sales targets. Partner with marketing and product teams on customer experience, stay current on education and competitor trends, and hand off converted digital accounts to Customer Success.
