Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all NPPAs are received, reviewed, and presented to the CLT in line with NPPA ToRs.
  • •Review and advise business units during the initial Regulatory Compliance call to maintain complete and clear submissions before the CLT call.
  • •Conduct detailed regulatory compliance reviews of NPPAs against applicable regulations, notices, requirements, and prior Compliance approvals/precedents.
  • •Track CLT review action items and conditions, follow up for timely closure with business/NPPA leads, and escalate overdue items as needed.
  • •Provide compliance guidance and feedback to Senior Management, including translating Arabic documents received from regulators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 4–6 years of experience, including 3–4 years in a Regulatory Compliance role.
  • •Banking experience.
  • •Strong understanding of CBUAE & SCA regulations and banking products/procedures.
  • •Good written and oral communication with stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
