Join Sonar’s Solutions Engineering team to enable partner success by assessing technical fit, building joint solutions with key partners, and guiding large customers from VP/C-level discussions through deployment. You’ll deliver compelling demos, address technical inquiries, collaborate with partner sales, and travel to customers and events to ensure adoption beyond the sale.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Perform technical assessments of prospective partners to ensure alignment with Sonar’s goals and their ability to drive adoption
•Collaborate with partner’s sales teams to drive technical aspects of business opportunities by doing technical presentations and demonstrations, supporting product evaluations, and helping customers grow their usage of Sonar’s products
•Advise partners on the best alignment of Sonar’s solution with their development and deployment strategies
•Address technical inquiries and resolve technical problems encountered by partners and their prospects
•Go beyond the sale to ensure successful product adoption and growth following the purchase

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience supporting and scaling partner networks with a focus on positive customer outcomes
•Practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering
•Proven track record of building joint solutions with GSI partners
•Ability to translate technical aspects of solutions to executive level equivalents (VP/C-level)
•Knowledge of software delivery practices in large development organizations, including SAST and AI coding assistants
