Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L3 production support by analyzing issues, implementing code fixes, and performing rigorous testing.
  • •Support product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms while contributing to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
  • •Enhance the performance of Java applications and work effectively with DBs and SQL queries.
  • •Use Splunk for debugging and logs, and perform detailed RCA of production issues with corrective actions.
  • •Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders on requirements gathering, design, and implementation; automate provisioning and access management.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on development experience with Core Java, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • •6-9 years of overall software experience and strong Java skills.
  • •Experience with SQL queries, plus database work in support/production contexts.
  • •Experience debugging and monitoring using Splunk and working with Git.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow and process workflow; L3 support experience and AWS are preferred.
