Universal Banker PT (30hrs) - Media Branch

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and complete records. Deliver an excellent client experience, educate customers on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and support sales and service efforts through outbound calling and referral of opportunities. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
