•Periodically lead sessions to identify new initiatives and maintain a roadmap aligned to the long-range strategic plan.
•Support solution development in partnership with functional experts across Product and Operational departments.
•Define testing plans, including interdependencies, sequencing, and key performance metrics.
•Conduct test analysis to assess performance and identify opportunities to enhance initiatives.
•Maintain executive communication on initiative results and overall business performance, including determining readiness for market expansion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,100 - 163,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree in a business or quantitative discipline with an excellent academic record.
•Four or more years of experience in an analytical role.
•Experience with strategy formulation, articulation, and implementation.
•Experience with advanced analytics and modeling (preferred).
•Computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint; SQL experience preferred.
