Facility Manager (IN)

Steer local facility management and lead a team and/or external service providers to ensure smooth building operations. Own lease and tender documentation, oversee front desk, housekeeping, cafeteria, medical room, events, and visitor logistics, and manage cleanliness, vendor performance, and transportation services. Coordinate access, security, safety, fire drills, and evacuation procedures, and handle compliance activities including environmental reporting, audits, and preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
