Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all process engineering activities for offshore upstream oil & gas projects.
  • •Oversee development/review of process design deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balances, datasheets, equipment specifications, cause & effect diagrams, process narratives).
  • •Lead process simulation and optimization studies and provide technical guidance via design reviews/model reviews.
  • •Support process safety activities including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and risk assessments.
  • •Mentor and develop junior and senior process engineers and support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and resource management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or process engineering from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • •Extensive experience predominantly in upstream offshore oil & gas projects.
  • •Proven experience as a Lead Process Engineer on major EPC, EPCM, or PMC projects.
  • •Mandatory experience on large-scale offshore projects (greenfield and brownfield) and on Middle East/GCC projects.
