Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain production plans aligned with customer demand and industrial capabilities.
  • •Coordinate between Supply Chain, Production, Purchasing, and Programs teams.
  • •Analyze capacity/workload and anticipate risks of stockouts or overcapacity.
  • •Define and enforce production planning standards and monitor planning performance indicators related to delivery deadlines.
  • •Implement corrective actions when plan execution deviates from reality and contribute to continuous improvement of Supply Chain and industrial processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • •Significant experience in industrial planning or Supply Chain within an industrial environment.
  • •Proficiency with ERP/MRP planning tools and the ability to use data-analysis information to support decisions.
  • •Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills to anticipate risks and identify priorities.
  • •Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across industrial and Supply Chain processes.
