Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior stakeholders to clarify strategic goals, target outcomes, benefits, and KPIs/OKRs.
  • •Shape and maintain an execution-ready roadmap (epics, milestones, dependencies, sequencing, capacity assumptions).
  • •Prepare governance-ready materials including problem statements, value cases, options analysis, decision papers, and RAID logs.
  • •Lead discovery workshops/interviews to capture business and control requirements and translate them into epics/features/user stories with traceable acceptance criteria.
  • •Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, QA/UAT, and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible, testable, compliant, and operationally ready, including cutover and post-release verification.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience as a Solution Analyst / Senior Business Analyst / Technical BA delivering complex change in a regulated organisation.
  • •Demonstrated ability in roadmap shaping, prioritisation support, benefits/KPI definition, and translating strategy into execution.
  • •Excellent facilitation and communication skills for driving clarity with senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical capability across process analysis, requirements traceability, dependency management, and pragmatic problem solving.
  • •Comfortable working in Agile/iterative delivery environments and across SDLC controls.
