  • •Set, adjust, and monitor process conditions for initial runs and ongoing quality and production targets; document records.
  • •Perform minor cleaning/adjustments and preventive/minor maintenance on molding machines, dies, auxiliary equipment, and automation systems.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED required; associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance recommended.
  • •Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on technical process skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electronic skills.
  • •Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • •Flexible schedule; must be able to work overtime and rotate between shifts as necessary.
