Job Summary

Supervise day-to-day Payment Operations for Treasury Management and debit card solutions, including ACH, wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit capture, lockbox, and related reporting. Lead a team through workflow, risk mitigation, error resolution, and compliance with corporate policies and federal/state regulations. Provide coaching, training, and QA audits, and act as a subject matter expert on payment rails for business initiatives and corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide people leadership and people management practices to ensure exceptional service to internal and external customers.
•Train and coach teammates; support motivation to achieve production goals and career development through check-ins and performance reviews.
•Lead development and enhancement of payment operations policies, processes, and procedures; conduct quality assurance audits.
•Oversee daily and monthly payment processing reporting and ensure timely, accurate work in compliance with regulations and bank policies.
•Serve as subject matter expert in payment rails for enterprise and business lead projects; address and remediate audit findings, compliance violations, and customer complaints.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience in payment operations (required).
•7+ years of bank operations back-office experience (required).
•3+ years supervisory or management experience (required).
•Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) or equivalent accreditation (strongly preferred).
•Proficiency with MS Office and strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance-focused work.
