Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical direction, guidance, and best practices across the development team.
  • •Mentor and coach team members, including task allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain reusable, high-performance Java applications.
  • •Develop and optimize responsive frontend components using React JS and JavaScript.
  • •Work across SDLC to deliver scalable solutions using microservices, REST APIs, messaging systems, SQL, and automated testing while ensuring performance, security, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in software development.
  • •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent IT qualification).
  • •Proven Java development experience with Java 17 (minimum Java 8) and strong Spring Framework (Spring 6, Spring Boot 3).
  • •Demonstrated frontend development experience with React JS and JavaScript.
  • •Experience leading software development teams through mentoring, task allocation, and performance feedback.
