Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and grow the Retail Industry team of Solutions Architects focused on AI technical engagements with Retail, CPG, and QSR customers
•Develop overall industry strategy and align the Solutions Architect team to drive NVIDIA technology adoption through architecture work and Proof Of Concept support
•Lead the integration of NVIDIA technologies for accelerated architectures to support large-scale deployments across Edge, Datacenter, and Cloud for Retail customers
•Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects to support NVIDIA’s customer base
•Coach Solutions Architects in training delivery to transfer deep technical skills to customers using NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,000 - 431,250 annually

Key Requirements

•BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
•3+ years of proven experience in technical leadership and people management roles within the technology industry
•8+ overall years of work related experience in AI and Machine Learning experience
•Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies
•Outstanding people-management skills; able to encourage and cultivate the right behaviors in others through leading by example (Player/Coach)
