Key Responsibilities

  • •Support corporate actions for the Japan market, including cash dividends and mandatory/non-mandatory events.
  • •Handle corporate action event processing in collaboration with the existing Asset Service team.
  • •Work with post-execution trade lifecycle steps (booking, allocation, confirmation, settlement) when applicable.
  • •Resolve exceptions and client/business queries through to resolution in a time-critical environment.
  • •Communicate confidently with internal stakeholders, senior management, and external clients regarding corporate action activity.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working at an Asset Service team.
  • •Strong understanding of corporate action events and their process.
  • •Highly analytical with excellent organizational and communication skills to engage business, senior management, and external clients.
  • •Ability to resolve multiple exceptions and queries through to resolution in a busy, time-critical environment.
  • •Strong PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office products.
