Job Summary

Oversee and review commercial loan documentation for the Commercial Lending teams across the franchise. Collaborate with document-preparation, pre-close review, loan funding, and onboarding teams to ensure accurate, timely creation of loan documents by internal staff and approved attorneys. Maintain daily workflow to meet service levels, apply departmental policies and regulations, and support performance measurements with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure loan documents are created accurately and timely by internal teams and approved attorneys.
•Apply detailed collateral perfection knowledge for real estate, commercial & industrial lending.
•Maintain daily workflow activity to meet service level commitments.
•Follow and stay current on departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
•Work with the lending staff in banking centers and handle other assigned duties, tasks, and special projects.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or equivalent education and banking experience).
•Minimum 3-5 years of commercial lending, title company/escrow, or loan servicing experience.
•Knowledge of loan documents and real estate, commercial & industrial lending.
•Experience evaluating and preparing loan documents for complex commercial transactions/structures.
•Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
