Lead the Consumer Service and logistics function by building and maintaining supply plans from demand forecasts and supporting S&OP with supply outlook, risks, and capacity constraints. Monitor inventory availability and inventory health to prevent shortages or excess. Oversee inbound/outbound transportation with a central team and 3PL providers, manage 3PL/warehouse performance, and track transportation and warehousing costs to identify efficiency opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain supply plans using demand forecasts and support S&OP with supply outlook, risks, and capacity constraints.
•Monitor inventory availability and proactively prevent stock shortages and excess inventory by coordinating with Manufacturing and Logistics.
•Maintain target inventory levels and track inventory health (aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock).
•Manage inbound and outbound transportation operations with the central team and 3PL providers.
•Oversee 3PL providers and warehouse performance, monitor transportation/warehousing costs, and identify efficiency opportunities.
