Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic advisory support for public-sector construction projects, including shaping project setup during the concept phase.
  • •Own project steering for complex construction projects while ensuring high quality and service standards.
  • •Coordinate and direct services of internal and external project participants.
  • •Monitor compliance with project goals, including time and cost frameworks as well as defined processes and systems.
  • •Select, lead, and develop team members; build and expand client contacts, networks, and new market segments.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed a real-estate or technical degree in civil engineering, business engineering, architecture or a related field.
  • •At least 10 years of professional experience in project management for complex large construction projects, ideally including PPP/ÖPP and IPA projects.
  • •Experience in leading or (co-)leading challenging large projects and programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of modern people leadership, plus excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
  • •Very good German and good English; confident with MS Office, spreadsheet tools, and project management platforms.
