Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete lease close process, month-end review, and flux analysis on a timely basis.
  • •Prepare and approve complex monthly reconciliations and journal entries to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements.
  • •Maintain abstracted lease records within CoStar and support classification testing for new/modified lease contracts.
  • •Perform quarterly impairment trigger reviews and required entries.
  • •Ensure compliance with AECOM policy and SOX narratives/controls; liaise with auditors and improve processes and systems to meet KPIs and SLA expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • •Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years of leases experience and 2 years in a global organization.
  • •Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS for leases.
  • •Operational compliance experience in shared services.
  • •Strong communication (English) and stakeholder management in cross-cultural, virtual team environments.
