Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute work plans for assigned product development projects and proactively progress work to meet deliverables.
  • •Develop and execute project timelines with contingency planning, and leverage vendor capabilities to expand formulation possibilities and speed to market.
  • •Develop prototypes (with guidance as needed) and refine them based on consumer feedback.
  • •Run bench and pilot plant/manufacturing trials to assess feasibility, manufacturing capability, and consumer acceptability, including ingredient screenings.
  • •Incorporate nutritional and cost parameters into product design; lead cross-functional tastings and communicate plans, results, and risks to stakeholders.
