Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for layout design and development of analog, mixed-signal, custom digital blocks, standard cells, and full chip level.
  • •Perform layout verification including LVS, DRC, Antenna, Shield, Matching, Latch up, EM IR Totem, quality checks, and documentation.
  • •Develop digital block layouts using auto placement and route tools while supporting on-time delivery with acceptable quality.
  • •Plan, estimate area/time, schedule, delegate, and execute to meet project schedules in multiple-project environments.
  • •Guide and review team members’ sub block-level layouts, contribute to project management, and communicate effectively with global engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process.
  • •Expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS.
  • •Hands-on experience creating layouts for critical blocks including Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC/DAC, LDO, Bandgap/Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, and Differential Amplifier.
  • •Strong understanding of analog layout fundamentals including matching, electro-migration, latch-up, crosstalk, and IR-drop, with ability to implement high-quality layouts.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multiple tape-out support experience is an added advantage.
