  • •Oversee the activities of all team employees and act as a role model for safety.
  • •Ensure team safety by checking work areas for safety/housekeeping hazards and addressing issues immediately.
  • •Assist the supervisor with preliminary investigations on safety incidents and review/document daily safety topic discussions.
  • •Organize and lead employee-driven teams to address safety, quality, or other operational issues as assigned.
  • •Coordinate training needs, conduct meetings on production/quality/safety/policy issues, and provide input on performance appraisals and promotion readiness.
