Job Summary

Support enterprise capital planning by assisting with financial analysis and business improvement for CCAR and enterprise-wide stress testing. Collect, aggregate, and analyze forecasted financials and documentation across the company, prepare reports for senior management, and maintain schedules and analytical tools. Help improve the capital planning control environment through process improvement initiatives, working closely with Finance, Risk, and line-of-business teams while verifying compliance with the relevant risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist execution of financial analysis and business improvement for capital adequacy processes, including CCAR and enterprise-wide stress testing.
•Collect, aggregate, and analyze forecasted financials and supporting documentation across the Bancorp.
•Document financial plans and analysis for senior management; evaluate and improve reporting and process design.
•Perform maintenance on schedules and reports as information changes.
•Verify and document compliance with the risk management/control framework supporting relevant aspects of the capital planning process.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred, with strong interest in GAAP knowledge.
•Typically 0–2 years of accounting or finance-related experience in industry or public accounting.
•Proficiency with MS-Windows and other related PC applications.
•Ability and desire to learn automated data analysis tools and techniques.
•Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with analysts through senior management.
