Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while training on-site. Load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler to help ensure safe operation, and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV policy. Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. Work a shift schedule (7am–5pm or 11am–9pm) with rotating days off under a 4 day work week.
