Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily tasks with the Asia development office, including sample placement/tracking, sample requests, and clarification of daily issues.
  • •Maintain the Innovation Product Information Database (PAC), including creating colorway documents, signing off colorways, and inputting style information.
  • •Support Rapid Prototyping by maintaining the machine and printing prototype outsole designs for review.
  • •Manage own material update development projects for upcoming seasons.
  • •Support innovation projects across teams, including ordering fit and wear test samples, system maintenance, analysis presentations, and maintaining project tracking lists and digital libraries.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled student for the full duration of the internship in a relevant field (e.g., Sports Technology, Sports Science, Materials Science, or Engineering).
  • •Flexible teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • •Desire to learn, take initiative, and support day-to-day execution.
  • •Keen interest in performance sports (e.g., football, running, basketball) and high-technology fashion innovation.
  • •Basic footwear knowledge and proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (AI is a plus).
