Job Summary

Lead the engineering strategy for applying generative AI across Netflix’s Games organization, spanning core infrastructure and production pipelines to enable novel, AI-native gameplay experiences. Manage and mentor engineers, technical designers, and technical artists to prototype, experiment, and scale high-leverage GenAI capabilities. •Engage game teams to prototype AI-native gameplay mechanics and ensure technical viability.
•Partner with external researchers and build robust scalable solutions across inference, fine-tuning pipelines, and data infrastructure.

•2-3+ years leading or significantly contributing to Generative AI initiatives (LLMs, diffusion, multimodal systems) in a product environment.
•Strong AI/ML fundamentals, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
•Deep understanding of the GenAI ecosystem, including open models, infrastructure/tooling, safety frameworks, and trade-offs between hosted and in-house solutions.
•Ability to move from research prototypes to production-ready systems in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
