  • •Serve as the principal in-country leader for Patriot logistics support, maintenance, and sustainment for Bahrain.
  • •Oversee logistics and sustainment management for spare parts supply, restocking cycles, inventory accuracy, and readiness of Fire Unit and Battalion operations.
  • •Lead, supervise, and mentor Raytheon Field Engineering personnel and build a high-performing team.
  • •Advise BDF commanders and officers on maintenance strategies, spares management, and logistics practices to drive Patriot readiness.
  • •Ensure daily program operations adherence and full compliance with program standards, Export/Import (EX/IM) requirements, and regulatory controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s and minimum 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 10+ years of experience.
  • •Demonstrated logistics support experience for a successfully deployed Patriot Fire Unit and Battalion, including understanding of air defense sustainment requirements.
  • •Proven experience executing supply support procedures in remote/OCONUS environments while maintaining operational readiness and following company policies.
  • •Background supporting compliance activities such as audits, logbook reviews, and management of maintenance test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required prior to start date.
