Key Responsibilities

  • •Support user-centered validation across the product lifecycle, including usability sessions, UAT, and iterative design improvements from feedback.
  • •Provide UX execution for an assigned product portfolio in partnership with PMs, UI designers, SMEs, and stakeholders.
  • •Independently create UI designs and high-fidelity prototypes aligned to veteran needs, clinical workflows, and usability best practices.
  • •Develop task-based UAT scenarios and success criteria, and facilitate UAT sessions (prep, observation, synthesis, recommendations).
  • •Support iterative UX and usability improvements for telehealth and virtual care workflows; identify and escalate usability risks and opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8-10 years of relevant UX/UI, usability, product design, or related experience.
  • •Create UI designs and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) grounded in Human-Centered Design and user research.
  • •Experience supporting usability evaluations, task-based testing, and user-centered product validation.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
