Associate, Content & Onboarding

Own vendor onboarding workflows and support the full device lifecycle—from recovery and collection to device-related troubleshooting. Conduct contract quality checks and ensure compliance with established standards. Assist with vendor training both in-person and online, and contribute to device operations projects (e.g., the “Zombie Project”). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and use tools like Google Sheets to track and manage multiple tasks.
