Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve regional sales goals and growth through sales planning and execution with the sales chain.
  • •Increase product distribution by managing broker relationships, training broker representatives, and directing broker team activity in-store.
  • •Maintain and increase sales by meeting directly with customers and key decision makers, delivering presentations and proposals, and providing product samples/demonstrations.
  • •Develop, implement, and customize regional sales plans and promotions using syndicated data and available resources.
  • •Coordinate with integral company functions to meet sales objectives and drive execution of key programs based on regional needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •2+ years of leadership experience including team development and management.
  • •Understand consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry dynamics.
  • •Knowledge of customer-focused, fact-based selling, including IRI, Neilsen and Perishable Group data.
  • •Proficiency with Apple software and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP experience is preferred; must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel at least 50%.
