Advise on employment relationship matters including recruitment, global mobility, workplace investigations, terminations, and disputes, and help shape policies and agreements for compliance with applicable employment laws. Partner with global legal counsel to provide consolidated strategic guidance and support the business growth agenda through risk-based solutions. Deliver internal employment law training and collaborate on cross-border employment issues and GDPR-related topics.
