Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and manage third-party risks per Third Party Risk Management policies and guidelines.
  • •Work with the business unit to understand service scope and requirements, and support third-party lifecycle activities including questionnaires and due diligence.
  • •Monitor third-party service relationships to manage risk, ensure quality of delivery, drive internal client satisfaction and operational efficiencies, and support cost savings.
  • •Develop contingency plans and manage termination/transition plans for third parties, including managing complex or high-risk relationships.
  • •Ensure contract compliance and proper invoicing, serve as point of contact between third parties and line of business teams, and coordinate audit responses and regulatory issue escalation with TPROF.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent education and related training.
  • •Seven years of experience in business functions or relevant experience in third-party management, risk oversight, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, materials management, or equivalent.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • •Strong relationship management and procurement experience for third-party relationships.
  • •Strong communication skills with frequent communication with senior management.
