Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Coach other tellers and ensure efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions and cash handling.
  • •Identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling, observing performance, and overseeing branch operational standards and compliance procedures.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing cash drawers within guidelines and supporting training of new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •3+ years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •3+ years of experienced cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, plus strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks (required).
