Job Summary

Own and configure the PROS CPQ platform for Visa’s Value-Added Services organization as the functional SME. Lead CPQ configuration for product catalogs, pricing models, and complex deal/quote logic, ensuring outputs match commercial intent and governance requirements. Partner with Sales Operations, Pricing & Deal, Product, and Technology to translate business needs into agile artifacts, validate releases and UAT, and troubleshoot CPQ issues affecting pricing, approvals, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as lead PROS CPQ configuration SME for VAS, owning functional design decisions and scaling configurations across products, regions, and complex deals.
•Configure and support complex pricing scenarios (tiered pricing, bundles, fixed fees, upsell, renewals, POCs/free trials) and ensure CPQ outputs reflect commercial intent, contract structure, and booking metrics.
•Support CPQ templates, approval workflows, notification flows, and ensure governance, approval, and audit compliance; support document generation and eSignature workflows where applicable.
•Provide senior-level CPQ issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution planning; act as escalation point for complex CPQ issues impacting accuracy, approvals, or deal execution.
•Translate business needs into functional requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria; partner through backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release validation, and maintain documentation of CPQ configurations and procedures.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD).
•Minimum 8 years overall experience in Sales Systems, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related enterprise systems roles.
•Minimum 5 years of hands-on PROS CPQ configuration experience in an enterprise environment.
•Deep functional expertise in pricing, quoting, and CPQ workflows, including complex pricing and deal structures.
•Ability to translate business needs into CPQ configuration and Agile delivery artifacts, and troubleshoot complex CPQ issues.
