Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end design and implementation of product requirements including task break-down, delivery, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • •Write high-quality code and generate simple, elegant designs that can be easily understood and leveraged by others.
  • •Collaborate closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering to turn feature specs into reality.
  • •Influence the features and direction of the platform with your ideas and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
  • •Mentor earlier-career engineers and grow with the company as a technical leader.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of engineering experience (ideally with prior experience at a venture-backed startup)
  • •Some knowledge of TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres
  • •Experience building, launching and maintaining products at scale, both on the frontend and backend
  • •Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication
  • •Ability to mentor earlier-career engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with product/design
