Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a pleasant, professional telephone presence to support customer expectations.
  • •Prepare invoices, delivery tickets, and related shipping documents.
  • •Perform accurate data entry and document handling, including filing ship ticket copies and maintaining customer records for audit purposes.
  • •Coordinate deliveries with trucks and customers to ensure delivery time accuracy and schedule backhauls as needed.
  • •Plan and schedule effective delivery routes and work with trucks to cover loads efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •Multi-task with high attention to detail while coordinating delivery and customer needs.
  • •Intermediate math skills to calculate pricing and product quantities, weights, measures, and percentiles accurately.
  • •HS diploma or GED or equivalent related experience.
  • •Skilled with the MS Office package, including intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook, plus accurate data entry and standard office equipment operations (10-key experience a plus).
  • •Experience with Lawson is preferred.
