Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone, building and expanding client relationships through consultative conversations. Meet individual and branch sales targets by recommending deposit, credit, and other financial products, and advise clients on consumer lending options and take loan applications. Cross-train as needed for teller duties, maintain strong operational and risk controls, and commit to ongoing sales, service, and product knowledge training.
